ME AND MY DAD, MARK
I'm a visual designer and film photographer driven by a lifelong love for creating. Growing up, I dreamed of being an artist — and today, through design and analog photography, I'm reconnecting with that dream in a more personal way.
In 2018, after losing my dad to pancreatic cancer, I came across his old 35mm film camera while helping my mom sort through his things. I’d never worked with film before, but something about that moment sparked curiosity. After a little repair and a good cleaning, I loaded my first roll — and I haven’t stopped shooting since.
Now, my work focuses on fine art film photography rooted in themes of memory, nature, and quiet observation. I’m drawn to the unpredictable and imperfect beauty of film. Each image is intentional: no screens, no retakes — just a few chances to capture the right light, the right feeling.
I create limited-edition prints and analog photography pieces that are ideal for:
-
Interior designers and hospitality spaces, including hotels, restaurants, and boutique accommodations
-
Art galleries and curators looking to exhibit emotive, nature-focused photography
-
Collectors seeking original, analog photography with a story behind the lens
My studio, named in honor of my dad, Mark, reflects not just his legacy but the idea of making a mark — with art, with intention, and with community. Every piece I produce is an extension of that spirit.
